Pinata making instructions

(to go with the video playlist above)

1. Cut three strips of card out of a cardboard box . Attach together using tape to form back of skull.

2. Use another shorter strip to make forehead and attach another to extend neck.

3. Cut 2 holes in cereal packet for eyes and glue or tape yoghurt pots in as eye sockets .

4.Cut out teeth and glue to base of cereal packet.

5. Cut out jaw and bottom teeth, glue thin card behind and join onto main neck structure.

 6. Build up eye sockets, cheekbones and top of head by scrunching strips of newspaper and taping down.

7. Coat with glue and lay strips of papier-mâché all over head in a couple of layers.

8. Paint and decorate Piñata.

9. Pierce hole and thread string or shoelace through to make a loop for hanging up.

10. Fill with sweets and glue or tape cardboard inside skull.New paragraph
